Unusual food from your garden

I know this is a little bit off-topic but there’s a lot of stuff that you probably have thrown away or is put in the compost pile rather than eat. Here are a few; garlic scapes, squash blossoms, tender seed pods from radishes.  I often have a few radishes that didn’t quite mature enough or matured too much. It is those that are allowed to go up to seed and use some for next planting and some for eating. These things can be added to soups, marinated and added to salads or stirfried. With the garlic scapes I usually boil them for just a little bit soften them.
